After completing her undergraduate degree in nursing, Coopersmith completed a master of science degree in nursing from the University of San Diego in 2002. In 2012, she received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Florida.
Coopersmith holds certifications in nutrition and wellness, children’s fitness, and holistic nutritional consulting, and is trained in laser hair removal and cosmetic procedures, including the administration of Botox® and dermal fillers.
Coopersmith served in the United States Army Nurse Corps for more than 10 years. While serving, she achieved the prestigious rank of major.
