In order to best serve our clients, we must enforce the following No-Show policy.
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to an emergency or other commitments. However, when a client cancels at the last minute or arrives late for an appointment, clinic flow is disrupted, which negatively impacts other patients, providers, and our staff.
Please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment if
you cannot keep that appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes after your appointment time may result in the appointment being rescheduled to another day.
If you are not feeling well on the morning of your scheduled appointment, please call the clinic as soon as possible to reschedule.
A No-Show is considered a client who misses a scheduled appointment or cancels less than 24 hours in advance.
Effective January 25, 2022, any client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hours notice will be considered a No-Show. To book future appointments, the client will be required to give a $50 non-refundable deposit. This will be credited toward the service, but forfeited in the event of another No-Show/last minute cancellation.
Clients who habitually No-Show or cancel at the last minute may be discharged from the practice.
We appreciate our clients and will continue to develop policies to provide the best service possible.
