Treatment of Viral Infections with Thymosin Alpha-1

Thymosin Alpha- 1

Thymosin Alpha-1 is a peptide that effects many parts of the immune system. It is very effective for helping the body to build a response and to fight viral, bacterial, and fungal infections, as well as many cancers.

Peptides are amino acid signals that get your body to perform the intended action and then they are gone. This is what makes them better and safer than traditional medications. They are affordable and safe.

Thymosin Alpha-1 exists naturally in the body and is originally isolated from thymic tissue. It is elevated during pregnancy, but can be depleted during illness. It also decreases as we age. It is being studied in the treatment of HIV as well as Hepatitis B and C.

Thymosin Alpha-1 has multiple effects on the immune system such as:

The bottom line is that Thymosin Alpha-1 is very effective against envelope type viral infections. The coronavirus that we are all now dealing with is one of these types of viruses. Because it is an envelope or disguised virus, it is not easy for the immune system to identify it, before it invades the host cells.

Thymosin alpha-1 not only initiates and strengthens the immune system, but also helps to identify the organism and allows it to be more easily identified.

In studies, side effects and adverse reactions were less than the placebo control groups.

This is a safe peptide with almost no contraindications.

It can be used prophylactically (as a preventative measure) or for the treatment of viral infections.

It can safely be used before travel. It is usually injected into the subcutaneous tissue twice per week.
