What Is Human Design?

The Human Design system combines ancient wisdom and modern science — blending astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, the chakra system, and quantum physics. Developed in 1987 by Ra Uru Hu, Human Design is often called the “science of differentiation” because it helps you understand your unique energetic blueprint — how you’re meant to use your energy, make decisions, and interact with the world.

Each chart (or BodyGraph) is based on your birth date, time, and location. It reveals your energy type, strategy, and authority, which together describe how you can live and work in harmony with your natural design rather than against it.

The Connection Between Energy Healing and Human Design

In the conversation, Linda explains that unprocessed emotions and blocked energy can manifest as physical symptoms, pain, or emotional distress. Energy healing modalities like The Body Code and The Emotion Code help identify and release those trapped energies so the body can return to balance.
